Failure to Record a Crime - refers to instances where law enforcement officers or agencies neglect or improperly handle reports of criminal activity, resulting in the absence or inaccurate recording of such incidents in official records or statistics.
Failure to Investigate a Crime - refers to situations where law enforcement officers or department do not adequately or thoroughly pursue the investigation of reported criminal activity, because of Institutional BIAS or PREJUDICE that leads to overlooking certain perpetrators, cases or victims, as a result of Social Economic Class and Status.
Failure to Enforce the law – Namely, the WITTING/UNWITTING Failure and Omission to perform DUTIES and functions provisioned for by COMMON Law or Statutes:
PERVERTING THE COURSE OF JUSTICE
Perverting the course of justice is an English common law crime. It involves someone preventing justice from being served on themselves or on someone else and is a serious CRIMINAL OFFENCE triable on indictment.
PUBLIC BODIES CORRUPT PRACTICES ACT 1889
(1) Every person who shall by himself or by or in conjunction with any other person, corruptly solicit or receive, or agree to receive, for himself, or for any other person, any gift, loan, fee, reward, or advantage whatever as an inducement to, or reward for, or otherwise on account of any member, officer, or servant of a public body as in this Act defined, doing or forbearing to do anything in respect of any matter or transaction whatsoever, actual or proposed, in which the said public body is concerned, shall be guilty of a misdemeanour.
(2) Every person who shall by himself or by or in conjunction with any other person corruptly give, promise, or offer any gift, loan, fee, reward, or advantage whatsoever to any person, whether for the benefit of that person or of another person, as an inducement to or reward for or otherwise on account of any member, officer, or servant of any public body as in this Act defined, doing or forbearing to do anything in respect of any matter or transaction whatsoever, actual or proposed, in which such public body as aforesaid is concerned, shall be guilty of a misdemeanour.
PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION ACT 1916
Where in any proceedings against a person for an offence under the Prevention of Corruption Act 1906, or the Public Bodies Corrupt Practices Act 1889, it is proved that any money, gift, or other consideration has been paid or given to or received by a person in the employment of His Majesty or any Government Department or a public body by or from a person, or agent of a person, holding or seeking to obtain a contract from His Majesty or any Government Department or public body, the money, gift, or consideration shall be deemed to have been paid or given and received corruptly as such inducement or reward as is mentioned in such Act unless the contrary is proved.
Aiding and Abetting (Crime) including the Concealment of perpetrators of Criminal Acts and Conducts Contrary to Section 4(1) of the Criminal law Act 1967 - Knowingly directly/indirectly providing a criminal with a mask to conceal identity or a plan to evade the police, is abetting as an accomplice REGARDLESS of whether you take part in the offending act or not. Therefore, the charge refers to knowingly assisting, facilitating, or encouraging the commission or CONCEALMENT of a criminal offence.
Assisting an Offender Contrary to Section 4(1) of the Criminal law Act 1967 - Where a person has committed a relevant offence, any other person who, knowing or believing him to be guilty of the offence or of some other relevant offence, does without lawful authority or reasonable excuse any act with intent to impede the apprehension or prosecution shall be guilty of an offence.
Nonfeasance – the failure to act or perform a duty that one is legally obligated to do, when there is a duty to do so. It is a type of wrongdoing that occurs when an individual neglects their duty or fails to fulfil their legal obligations, resulting in harm or loss to another party.
Misfeasance – the improper performance or execution of a lawful act, resulting in harm or loss to another party. Therefore accidental/unintentional act of an individual or entity having taken action but in a negligent or wrongful manner and thus failing to perform the duty correctly.
Malfeasance - the will-full and intentional act of doing that which one has no legal right to do at all. Its is the wrongful or unlawful conduct by a public official or someone in a position of authority. It involves the intentional commission of an act that is illegal, immoral, or otherwise harmful, often for personal gain or to the detriment of others. Malfeasance can take various forms, including corruption, abuse of power, bribery, fraud, and other actions that violate the law or breach the duties of the individual or an agency.
Discrimination – Under the Equality Act 2010, it is illegal to discriminate against an individual or group of people on the grounds of Racial and Ethnicity
Intentional/Unintentional Violations of Article 11, HRA 1998 - when the government or public authorities unduly restrict or interfere with the rights to peaceful assembly and Protest without lawful justification, by Harassing, intimidating, or persecuting individuals or groups based on their exercise of these rights to freedom of assembly and association.
False Arrest - unlawfully detained or held by law enforcement authorities without LAWFUL justification.
Unlawful detention - the act of holding someone against their will without LAWFUL authority or justification.
Malicious prosecutions - wrongful initiation of criminal proceedings against an individual without probable cause and with malicious intent.
Negligence - situation where law enforcement officers or agencies fail to perform their duties with the level of care and diligence that a reasonable person or standard of law enforcement requires.
Failure to provide Redress and Compensation - following successful defence and total acquittals of all serious charges appearing on indictments at Trials before Jury.
Resorting to Corruption - so as to avoid ACCOUNTABILITY and paying Compensation to VICTIMS in REDRESS.
